-please be aware i posted this before trump declared a national emergency due to the virus so i did not have any info on that and I would not hazard to guess how that will impact all of this. 

Not enough info here to tell you what your property would rent for but1) Zillow is inherently (and notoriously) unreliable when it comes to pricing with their "Zestimate", and 2) An opinion from a real professional person always trumps a Zestimate, and3) The fact that two independent sources are giving you similar signals is a strong indication that Zillow is wrong, which is no surprise (see #1 above).

The rate is not fixed though :(  My loan lady reached out to me to refi both the HELoC and the car payment that I have with them as she said that Trump declared an emergency rate decrease from the prime rate so refinancing both look good! 

YUP Trump may come out on Monday with another executive order shutting down all evictions.. but then to balance that i bet if that happened they are going to force lenders to take missed payments and add them to the back end of the notes..

Idk perhaps unemployment and Trump checks will allow this to maintain instead.

But usually that's not enough to satisfy.Additionally, any reservation that occurred after Trump's 15 day speech is a "Eyes Wide Open" reservation. 

I am watching the task force briefing today and saw Trump announce this.

Thats what Trump is pushing hard for. 

In fact when they get the two checks President Trump described they will blow that too.
