Somebody else who isn't going to run some sketchy secret business is probably perfectly happy to rent your space and tell you what they plan to do ahead of time.All of those other questions depend on the terms of your lease.

You can do some secret shopping around and just look on craigslist / redfin etc. for apartments for rent nearby and see if they're including utilities in rent. 2.

@Khristopher Burford I would highly advise against paying to be a member of any club like that as they don't have secrets that the rest of the world and BP especially won't share for free. 

I have done my own title search with it comes to buying bank reo, there is not much risk, but i need to learn the ropes like the wholesalers because that is their secret and they have the big pockets.thanks in advance
