I really think the owner is in for a rude awakening when he try's to go retail.  

Upon applying for financing, we were denied due to the fact that the lender does not lend when there are "religious affiliations" in the lease due to it making resell more difficult in the event of foreclosure.  

Everything seems to be just swell.Sunday morning I am awakened by my Son because the female tenant is sitting on my front porch crying.

You can discriminate when you live at that premises, if the place is for a religious or fraternal organization and for employees if the employer owns the property, in such cases you don't have any offering to the public for a rental. 

I really hope Johnny had a rude awakening and rehab helped set him straight, he has so much potential but is just plain...immature (in the best language I can think of).

I grew up in Orange county and was looking for property but I moved to Fresno for a job opportunity - within 6 months I was buying a duplex for basically the price of one home in so cal - this was an awakening and a realization on my part about how multifamily units in the valley could be a niche.

Code enforcement is lax in the area, but I'm leaving them alone lest I awaken a sleeping giant.  

Update: Squatter actually answered his phone this morning and put on a hyper religious stance with statements like "I'm a peaceful inhabitant of this earth; I want to uplift humanity' I'm acting as a steward for god...."

Just wanted to expand my horizons as we learn more and build our investment business.It was more like a religious revival than an educational seminar.
