Could the seller provide you with a note for the down payment and you pay him back?

Also consider networking with investors active in those areas who can provide insight on what’s working.

In the future, I'd request a "soft pull" from a lender and provide them with your estimated credit score to get a rate quote.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

As I understand it, many brokers provide this software to their sales agents as well.
