What's the odds something bad could happen?

Easy and quick access is very important, as my friends working for Airbnb keep telling me.Obviously, it's not impossible that you'll be happy with your investment (it's just a question of odds) and I hope that that's what will happen.Regarding the places to invest, I'm getting the impression we have both the same interests.

Odds are, there are a lot of openings.

Maybe if you have big vacancy or have an odd building that rents at lower rates or your leases covers all expenses vs NNN or something like that, maybe you can fight for lower value....but my guess if for most industrial/warehouse investors, 2023 and maybe even 2024 are going to be tough years to fight in DFW. 

Oddly enough I was looking at pictures of the house, and noticed there are gutters in certain areas, but not all.

Throughout the project I act as the bookkeeper, I do the occasional odd job like setup wifi, security, and give minor feedback on some of the design choices. 

As soon as you start taking refuge in the odds of the bank foreclosing you concede my point.By the way — do you have an interest in getting people to buy subject to, either through a course you offer for consideration, or from property you want to lay off? 

It is a bit odd, but as others have said it could truly be for security purposes.
