Off the top of my head and keeping in mind that we all have standards that may not be strictly legal would you reject some of these :Neck and facial tattoos, single guys, recently separated women, single mothers, welfare, restaurant workers, nationalities know to cook offensive smelling food, smokers, low income immigrants, bikers, tattoo artists, recreational drug users, prostitutes. others.Or based on human rights laws etc. is everyone welcome as long as they pass basic screening standards. 

Accordingly, asking housing applicants to provide documentation of their citizenship or immigration status during the screening process would not violate the Fair Housing Act.

Like most people on here I’m too lazy and “privileged” to handle class D properties but it’s people like you who worked their a$$ off with a hard labor job, Or 3RD world ImmIgrants, that look at this As easy work.

So it’s a toss up between the young bankrupt folks who didn’t pay their bills or some illegal immigrants you found at a test stop .. me I’d pick neither .

Banks also have to report other suspicious activities to FinCEN, but a gift from a foreigner, by itself, is fairly common in the immigrant communities and will not raise suspicion.
