I leave a detailed list of plumbers, electricians, etc. and explain that's who has worked on the home from day one.   

I would appreciate it if someone can recommend a good electrician, HVAC & dry wall contractors.

What to look out for on the renovation side:Electrical: have an electrician check the electrical.

Definitely going to re-familiarize and revisit that plan while I wait for my electrician to set up my dish washer!

Hello everyone on BP my name is Bradley and i'm 20 years old, I work full time as an union electrician but recently I decided that I would like to learn how to invest in real estate.

Just seeing if anyone could recommend a good electrician?

I only authorize my long-distance tenants to schedule it after I've personally ordered service, and I let the plumber/electrician/handyman etc., know that tenant cannot authorize work, only provide access, and that I will make myself available by phone/text/email, whatever they prefer, to discuss options while there to avoid future service calls if possible. 

I’m also a union electrician, have a degree in electrical engineering with a PE license.
