If you have an A+ paper application, an online lender may very well be your best bet, but if their are a few hiccups in your file, it's best to use a local EXPERIENCED lender who knows the game and knows how to strategize when the underwriter comes grilling you with questions. :)Hope this helps!

My first STR:  No gas or charcoal grill. 

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, smart tv's, wifi, outdoor grill, etc.

Think of questions along this time and grill them.

I set it and forget it like a George Foreman grill.  

I make available to them paddle boards, kayaks, BBQ grills to use for free. 

I convey to them my expectations and grill them to find out details about there lives and personality.

I can just about guarantee our will get grilled by any experienced partner/mentor because they will already be asking those questions.You might find some examples here on BP as well
