Matt,I am speaking to marketing, when the lead comes in they need to be set up for multiple campaigns and alerts, I am speaking to several things:new similar listingschanges on the properties showed(price, sold..etc)market reports for potential sellers, which would give prospect insight on what their property is worth All of this data is in MLS and it would require lots of manual work to compile data like that on regular basesFrom what I understand all of this can be set up in Top Producer, so these campaigns and alerts are triggered automatically.Let me know if that makes sense

Yeah, I compiled a list, have brought up all the comps that have sold in the past year, and next will be looking at the county assessor a to check on how long each owner has owned each house and if those owners are the occupants, or if they are absentee owners.
