Areas with good cap rates AND high vacation rental occupancy
Hey everyone, this is my first post so bare with me. I just sold my tech company and looking to invest in some real estate - specifically the following type of model: areas that have $100k-$500k median purchase price AND have good vacation rental occupancies (>70%). I am looking to do a BRRRR strategy in these types of areas. Any tips advice would be great.
