Go to Etsy and search for "rental property tracker," and you will find hundreds of nice spreadsheets to track 10-20 rentals, usually for under $10.Software has extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

From there it's point and click categorizing and tagging of income/expenses to their respective properties. 

I've clicked the link at the bottom of the emails but the link doesn't work and so there is no way to opt out of their many emails.

The search function sucks, if it even exists anymore - it's become so marketing, advertising and click bait oriented. 

Problem is the rebuttal brings more attention and clicks to the bad words. 

There are too many Youtubers out there trying to get clicks that are pushing a message across the entire country that is not true. 

(If you are going to do this right I would say $5K a month and look into incoming lead sources like facebook and google pay per click.)Good Investing...
