Don't go to the black-brown though because it shows every speck of dust and if someone's had it before,  they won't want it again.Depending on the amount of time you have, maybe you could look into a liquidation place or auction for flooring too because you'll need so much.

He did not appear to have driven by the comps because the photos used in the appraisal were the same photos that were on the MLS (same flowers on the bushes, same sky, same exact brown spots on the grass).2.  

Beige and brown/grey for me with a white ceiling and trim.

I am wondering what colors would work replacing the dark green and the brown garage door.  

Replacing all light fixtures, faucets, doors, door knobs, ceiling fans, every inch of wall was repainted, all moulding from brown to white, new laminate flooring through the whole first floor and vinyl in the bathrooms, repainted the deck, and really landscaped outside, as well as a brand new porch.
