Folks don't go broke taking a profit.That said, if real estate is a long-term business for you, maybe start portioning cash flow into capx so these issues/expenses aren't as worrisome.

Pretty sure you will love the location and the condo.On another note the lawyer in charge of Casares (Spain) strata informed our property manager that the contractor we hired then fired and now in litigation with, who was referred by the person above, broke into the electrical rooms and was up to no good with electrical power to units.
