What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I had an apartment I put on Airbnb & it was lucrative, but the company sold the property and I had to shut it down. I decided to expand my portfolio.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was pitching Airbnb to homeowners on Facebook marketplace. I told them I would guarantee rent is paid & there property is maintained.

I added value to this deal by making each unit a specific theme. Themes include “Girls Trip” & “Bachelor Pad”
