It truly seems like a fantasy but I believe with hard work and dedication I can make it happen, I just need to educate myself about how to create a positive cashflow through real estate investing, that's why I have come here.I know it probably says I live in Riverdale Michigan, but infact I live in Australia, as there was no option for Australian cities I had to put something else.

Normally this is very difficult to get done, but we've been able to help a number of Australian investors get their US bank account setup through HSBC.If you need a contact at HSBC, please email me and I can put you in touch with them and give you an overview on the process.

I do appreciate the earned income exclusion, but it still rubs me around tax time when all my British, Canadian, and Australian friends give me a hard time about how they pay no tax at all and only the US and Libya (slight exaggeration, but only slight) tax their citizens who live and work fulltime outside the US.
