What you do not realize is that for 5 years I have been telling everyone on these forums NOT do do it, and my warnings are simply ignored.

its a hard call. everyone started with no reviews at some point. you could inquire as to purpose of their trip, etc and see if any warning bells go off. ive had a few guests stay with no reviews and no problems, but the law of averages says it will happen at some point

I think the piece that struck me is the lack of owner warning or approval to control how much rents are lowered to get a tenant in there.

Well, I AM a white person but I'm sure as hell not doing things "like you are", going around "warning" people about how dishonest, untrustworthy and stupid you have made it clear you think minorities are.

The cops stayed for about 1 hour and warned him that he should not trespass, or he would be arrested.

@Chris Seveney "We don’t know what they told their cpa" I asked the CPA to review the LLC formation docs BEFORE creating the company, got the green light to proceed without any warnings or advise.

And try to warn Aussies about whats going on in the US and how to safely navigate our OOC  purchases..
