Do you demo the addition/enclosure and take a hit on the square footage?

I am kind of calling this method the "Youtube Warrior".Before DemoBefore DemoWater damage in full bath at toilet Demo was nice because you can see progress!

Should I begin demo anyways to stay on schedule?

Point is ask for any prior estimates (even if not fixed), as well.now on this one, I wouldn't touch a 100 year old building, unless I'm buying it at [lot - demo] price and the lot was good :)

Here in Pinellas, you are supposed to be licensed to paint, install flooring, cabinets, drywall, basically anything besides demo and clean up.

We are moving a bar/restaurant area from a separate wing and are demoing out a set of guest rooms and public space to open up a lobby, new kitchen, bar, restaurant etc.  

Does anyone in the Colorado Springs area have any recommendations on a licensed demo contractor to remove two small single family buildings from a parcel of land?  

I didn't let them see it though till demo was completed.

But still crazy early nonetheless ;-)As for the rehab, we have just completed the demo and foundation work.
