This probably varies from market to market but here in Utah, our demand is such that inventory is still really low and transaction volume is decent even at this super high rates.I'm very confident that the moment rates soften, prices will jump right back up.

It sits right between SL and Utah counties at a fairly high elevation and if you live in the neighborhoods that sit near the top of the community you will be above the inversion during winter.
