I love your goals and your vision.

I had a vision that maybe I'd renovate it and sell it because it's smack in the middle of campus and I figured someone would want to open up shop considering all the foot traffic around it.Or is that just naivety?

I would love the opportunity to introduce myself to local investors who have the same goals and vision that I have.

It really all depends on your goals/vision.

Not all are passive investors into sponsored deals as some are ones who bought properties directly through me.Banks will tend to be scared like everyone else during a down turn.What you need is investors WITH A VISION who do not need cash today and want more equity growth down the road.

The big players in the space like Common have had to invest a lot in lawyers to help them navigate the legal landscape and had to shift away from their original vision of co-working for residences to a bit more of a traditional mode with leases, etc., rather than licenses, as you have with co-working.

I just wanted to update this thread as my goals have become updated also.I have a vision to get a 203K loan on a foreclosed property with the vision of house hacking that property.
