I'm heavily OKC focused, so from a personal biased prospective OKC seems to be more stable, have lower crime rates and more inventory.

I'm a little biased of course because I have solar that I paid cash for, however, I researched all the financial implications before purchasing.  

I was staying away from Ludlow based on bias from people's past so I'll add it to the search.

You should definitely take into account that, due to his profession, he might be biased.

You have to take what people say with a grain of salt as everyone has a bias whether they mean to do it or not.For instance someone might say retail is risky yet they have no experience in it.

BP people here are bias, but i take More of a diversify investment approach so you’ll likely hear folks shoot my thoughts down. 

I'm biased, but my dad is the best plumber east of the Mississippi.
