but it reminds me of the final scene were he is in trial waiting for sentencing.. and the judge  One of the Smothers brothers says." its hard to figure out if your lying or what  but from what I see its just garden variety Greed"the representations that these properties have been rehabbed to a husband like standard the representation that the tenant base is just thankful to be there and easier to manage than upper B and A class is the miss representation and total BS as we know.. and then you just left to wonder is this just garden variety greed... or ineptitude or what is it..

Is it to be in a position to start your own animal rescue clinic or maybe its just so you have more free time to travel and surf.Find your WHY, remind yourself of it on a daily basis and commit to action.

Those shortcuts are great to complement someone who's already experienced and can implement them well, but amateurish and gimmicky to the beginner.So yeah.. you will have learned something valuable, but 99% of the audience will never make money with it because they don't have the foundation (education, financial resources, network etc) to actually implement it properly.Personally I would always learn by trial-and-error rather than by dumping $50,000 into a course.

I will prepare at least 4 weeks in advance for one of my jury trials that will occur in January, I will take my wife somewhere for at least 3 days away from from home so we will not work.
