The culture at KW is so much more collaberative and I am used to cooperating and helping - if I see how agents are backstabing each other in some firms its crazy!

Brian Burke I am using a "standard" contract, and just read over it a fourth time to see if those clauses were already in there but did not find them.This is my first P&S Agreement, and I paid a lawyer $200 to go over it with me yesterday and he never mentioned anything about those clauses, it was something I realized I needed after reading through this forum.

I currently am using CL but they have scripts and etc to help you.

I am using the default demographic report generator from Census and guess I have to figure out how to omit this section out.

I have since taken out a HELOC which I used/am using to buy/renovate a single family home on Oahu.

in Kemper hall (senior design was insane).I finished my degree this summer and am now working, making good money which I am using to further invest in RE.Look, you need the back up income in case something goes wrong.

Needless to say we are not amused.

I live in a super hot market and am using some equity to invest in other properties, locally does not make financial sense.
