The Cincinnati international airport is actually located in Northern KY and Amazon is currently building a giant distribution center (which they've leased for 99 years) on the airport property.

I have an STR in Lynchburg, VA with two adjacent lots that I add two more houses or another house with an inground swimming pool.Any recommendationAre there any companies out there that will handle the daily operation of management or renting/leasing in case I want to be hands-off?

This means, They will start seeking residence in these areas outside of our typical market but adjacent, so be well versed in these areas so we can present the right comps and assure the deals we get are correct. 

There's a stronger (but undersupplied) market for medium-term housing out here since there's good access to the airport and nearby hospitals.

It depends a lot on budget and how quickly you want to see a return I think.Just off the top of my head maybe some to look into...Crafton/Carnegie - Close to airport and city.

Or rather some that you see people staying away from, i.e. closer to the airport or the south-east (areas that tend towards higher crime)?

There is an international airport on the island and plenty of all-inclusive hotels.

It's an upscale and lively area, and is close to downtown and the airport.
