I would gi ve them a pamplet that was produced by the legal aid folks here (some might say that's a bad idea, but I'm willing to play by the rules).

Also, why even bring this up after everything appeared to have been settled....other than to try and stir the pot a bit more, under the pretense of coming to the aid of his Turnkey brethren?

I am not sure if it is legal to charge extra, I suspect not, check with legal aid.
