get some Victor (no affiliation) traps and put some PB on it. works every time. i'd also walk round the house and see how it could've gotten in. i assume it's a simple field mouse. is your house on slab or crawl space?

Regardless of Military affiliation, does the state's landlord/tenant laws allow for such a large move-in fee?
