It is public information but they do not make it easy to find.I found it once before but had a hard time finding it again, and ofcourse it is different for every JP court where they keep the info..I was able to find divorce cases, but it only gives me the plaintiffs and the defendants name.

Sounds like an excuse to defend buying low class and low quality rentals then blaming the government for you buying a high risk asset.

The tenant defended on "Check for partial rent not received" (which I sent by certified mail and they never picked up, so I got back) and some pest issues (which I have proof of getting pest control done a few months back )Also, the tenant never notified me for any of these in written way, Also, very sarcastic, rebuked several people on property including not paying rent on time.Are there tactics that tenants employ in such situations or get a state sponsored (no cost to them) type of attorneys to stall the process or draw it out?

There is a difference between Title Insurance (about $700 for a Single Family Residence in my area) and Title Report (free to $60) The Title Insurance says that the Title Company will defend you in court if they make a mistake.

I've heard about "Champions School of Real Estate" but not from anyone I know personally.

However, it was hilarious when they just entered in the defendant's name as any possible combination of entities that Massachusetts offers because they couldnt figure out who the members of the LLC were....Hilarious when the judge asks you... who are you suing?
