Even if it was a scrape it would likely cost a breathtaking amount to raze.

Stainless steel appliances cost a little more but imo get a buyer a little more excited.

It cost a little but I swipe my card - its financed as a purchase not a cash withdrawal with the card company and the cash hit my bank account for me to spend.I'm no where near the $150k range and only use this method for emergencies so take this as just a suggestion for you to ponder.

There are lots of lessons out there being taught and some can cost a lot!

If its a heat pump they generally cost a little bit more. a good brand with all new duct work in the house with heat pump 7.5k Is a pretty good price.

Probably too late now, but these come in very handy when needing to provide access to a vendor, and although they cost a little bit more for the lock itself, you save on the labor with your turnovers, and being billed by your PM for having to meet someone at the property.
