The things that rub you the wrong way, offend, or upset you...

Hello All, Almost finishing up setting up my first STR.

It’s a huge amenity to tenants but if you install it and then have water issues your building owners will be very (understanding) upset.

But one call to the county from an upset neighbor because of all the cars parked in front of their house is all it takes. 

Oh, and I actually go find a buyer and actively sell the house.Can you explain what has you so upset about re-marketing an MLS deal?  

And if she isn't really hurt they'll realize they're committing fraud for a false claim...it sounds like they were just upset and making "in the moment" requests.My take on this situation:  1) Don't Panic2) Get insurance involved right away (I bet it ends right there)3) Fix the cabinets and anything else not secure or up to code in the house4) Don't renew the lease and get the tenants out of there5) Rent to new great tenants and restore peace of mind***also just a quick note.....  

That gives you both rental victory and firepower to tackle the next biggest debt, and so on.

Never say never, but the rents and people from northwest and Boston central would never mix....please don't take me too serious and get upset at me ! 

If so do you really want to upset the cart over something you offered?

I can see how they would be upset that they lost the application fee.
