In Chicago, for example, you'll find 2-4 units all day long, and they're probably easier to come by than SFHs out there...As already mentioned, cash flow tends to be (not always) stronger with multis than SFHs.In general, with SFH you get a better exit strategy.

There would be no reason to run reports then.Actually, you are not required to accept the first person who applied if a later applicant is a stronger candidate and better meets your rental criteria.
