Trying to keep up and get ahead of the Joneses - not my thing.

However, we are committed to continuously enhancing this strategy, and we would love to learn from other members of the BP community about their remote leasing frameworks.  

Doors and windows, insulation ......etc....Looking back now, It felt like my head was going to explode by having to learn all different trades all at once while almost all the deadlines were broke. ( My wife called my the "two weeks contractor" because i told her so often for months, that we will be done In two weeks. :) I learned a lot and it comes very handy now when I hire contractors for our rentals,  BUT I am not sure if I would do it again knowing what I know now.

@Payton Pearson the you have to start big myth repacked as a new verse.

Most of my tenants would have received all of their enhanced unemployment by then and be starting back to work within a couple of weeks.

Ah, you have been exposed to the myth that a GFCI must have a ground wire in order to function as a ground fault protection device.

@Dennis JohnsonI don't think there is ever too much education as I believe there is always something new to learn and enhance on.

Years ago I read the original E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber and it  changed my entire perspective about how to build a real estate business.
