I have frequent tenants putting baby wipe and other towel paper in toilet and flushing that plugs up my maIn sewer line .

I’m still a baby bird here. 

However, baby steps until we get there.

Many household products are labeled and marketed as DISPOSABLE and/or FLUSHABLE; many baby and adult personal hygiene products, along with household wipes and cleaning towelettes are labeled both disposable and flushable.

Chasing shiny objects without fixing your current problems will only lead to more problems on the future.Fix what is broken now and take baby steps later to build passive income

Although it is expensive (NYC), and can probably be reduced, it will unquestionably gain substantial equity with these improvements based on comparitive market analysis- much of which I can either do myself or have done with multiple contractor connections (my mother has 30 yrs property manager experience in nyc).

Last night at midnight I received a call from the apartment above him (respectful non-problematic long-term tenants) a family of 5 with a baby, saying he was blasting music again, so they banged on the floor with a broom to let him know it was too loud.

I've found that to be about right in my own limited experience, give or take.What's left after all that is actually your profit. 30 years is a long, long time (and on the other hand, life is short baby!).
