Outside of selecting an area you always wanted to live in, I would select a market based on the airport because of my traveling job.I personally enjoy not having connecting flights and anytime I could reduce my travel, it’s a win for me.There are good deals in any market, but make sure you run your numbers once you identify a location and potential homes.I wish you all the best.

Hello,The new insurance company I was working with dropped the insurance because of clearance between buildings, I am not too sure what that means but I guess it means the distance between adjacent buildings is small.The property is situated in a densely populated area apparently the homes will be right next to each other like in NYC.
