I hear millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller is a great book, but to be honest I have never read it.

John  , try  Lawrence Hargrove with Keller Williams  , he is always availabe and communicates well  , i have been using him for a year now  , did already 4 or 5 transactions   , Lawrence P.

I knew I wanted to become a real estate investor, had just read Keller’s book, and then started furiously seeking info online.

lolFyi- I see you are at Keller Williams.

I met a realtor from Keller Williams that gave me a book from when he was in class getting his license (The Language of Real Estate) and just gave it to me when I dropped him off at his house.

If you're having hard time concentrating, I suggest you read "One thing" by famous Gary Keller (of KW).Best!

Read Gary Kellers books on successful RE Agents and Investors and it will show you the difference.Go ahead and get your license and find a brokerage that will let you do it on the side.
