I’ve listened to all the Money podcast, which are EXCELLENT, but I wanted to get a feel for how BP got started and has grown so I started at the beginning.

To quote my financial advisor, "Would a farmer rather be taxed on the seeds, or the crop after it's grown?"

Low interest federally backed loans are just as evil as eviction moratoriums, or rent controls, or any other thing that inhibits grown adults from freely trading and entering into contracts with each other.  

I think throughout time popular demographics have pushed the idea that Rich people and hierarchy is equal to oppression  also the push of Oligarchy, and that ideology have grown drastically in the past few years and emphasize harder with radical left movements .

Homes are CHEAP in the Midwest compared to what we've grown accustomed to out West and had been saving for. 

I am familiar with the Oahu market having grown up here and checking new listing and research daily for several years now.

Not sure if he is really into training or coaching but he has really grown fast. 

Rents are currently at $2300/mo or so but have grown by about $400 in the last 6 months.

The hesitation makes sense, especially in a market that historically hasn't grown as fast as it has post-recession.
