General contractors, demo teams ... shoot me a line.

Make sure you see if them have a demo to test them and find out which one you like the best.

The city marked the property for demo notice.

the question you need to ask yourself on any insurance, is what would you do in a total loss, if not replacing it, demoing the building and selling or donating the lot is ok for you then go with the cheaper, if you would want to rebuild then it may be worth the extra. 

I would have been much better off hiring a demo crew, lesson learned.

To give you an idea, we have one of our tile guys who will demo old tile/flooring and install new tile that includes labor and materials for around $4-5 per Sq.

Maybe you have too much to do and need some help with the demo on the flip you are doing, could use an extra hand with the remodel to prepare for new renters, or need someone to help drive for dollars for you.

Ok....well as you demo a small pony wall you reveal that there is electrical and water in there...crap.  

I'm not sure what your timeline is but you may want to consider doing some basic construction yourself beginning with demo and take your time with the rehab.

I will still do a deposit I sometimes will do demo first in order to get it.
