Strangely, managing taxes on my rental business wasn't that hard. 

This whole 1099 thing is strange. 

I thought it was strange but as I'm a bit green here I rolled with it.

It sounds strange that you wouldn’t be able to use the rent to qualify.

There are a lot of what I will call "strange" fee's associated with this loan that is making the closing costs pretty high (and for all I know may be typical for this type of loan).My questions are:  #1 Are the standard closing costs for a loan like this typically this high?

.: replacement cost + liability for xxx amount 2k seems crazy (if it's 1 door / no claims / not a flood zone / [strange circumstance here])  I heard that Travelers is overpriced. 

I recently moved out of a rental property, and I just received a notice from my landlord about some ridiculous charges against my security deposit, which strangely add up to almost the exact amount of my deposit (Hmm...).  

Strange coincidence... or providence?

Strangely enough, my husband and I own a second home in Maricopa.  

I have my own biases and/or strange reasoning for decision making and I have to fight my own tendencies constantly.
