@Matthew Baltzell Jacksonville (Jaxport) also just signed a 25 year contract to start recieving the first large deepwater container ships via the newly widened/deepened Panama Canal.

I guess only 3 years since first purchase (After knocking out my housing expense, then I burned the ships and went full time investing last year), although seems longer than that but that may be just because coronavirus.
