This obviously doesn't help the person quitting cold turkey, but can be very useful for those trying to quit "the habit" of smoking.I never smoked more than a few a day, but getting rid of the routine (i.e. not smoking in my car) followed by cold turkey after I had quit smoking in certain situations worked for me.By the way, I'm twice the basketball player I used to be since I can now breathe the way I'm supposed to again!
