I recently saw a video on no-money real estate investing and I'm really pumped but I also want to be realistic and a good fit for my future real estate partner.Here's the link to that video if you're curious:There’s always money available IF1- The deal (investment) is VERY good, significantly better than the average deal2- The risk is lower than similar deals with the same investment return3 - The money partners are able to be totally PASSIVE - because the deal maker (sponsor) is experienced, educated, and honest.So, there are numerous ways to start, with some having a much greater chance of success than others.

I also have a promissory note of which my LLC is the "maker" and the guy I bought it from is the payee, just a basic document that outlines my interest rate etc.

Unless you crack the shell, there is never a good reason to replace a hot tub with a new one, as they are quite easy - and cheap - to repair.A hot tub that has been sat in is no different than a previously-sat-on toilet, indoor bathtub, shower, sinks, or refrigerator.

Courses offered on such by colleges and industry associations can move an investor forward to where the hands on experience necessary can be shortened considerably.I purchased my first property (an industrial / retail showroom building) that had one tenant and I divided the space into two tenants after working out a deal with the existing tenant increasing gross income by 50% and turning a break even at best situation into a money maker.
