Texas is well diversified now  can it cause some harm yes but I don't see a huge back track.

A series LLC is failed, would be very harmful, so I consider them valid in Texas and would not advise my clients otherwise.

A conviction for distribution of a controlled substance by a 20 year old is different than one by a 30 year old.

The harm is already been done at this point.

They will likely have many issues, legal, substance abuse past and possibly mental. 

However in Cleveland, one must ask who are the folks that are choosing to rent instead of buy and among those individuals the type of culture they embody in treating their living space.Drug and Substance AbuseThis is a big issue globally, but it gets real here in Cleveland.
