QB sent the invoices out automatically each month and then matched the payments but they started charging $10 per ACH and that started costing me $450+ per month.

Then too, it's not trivial to print reports like tenant invoices between mm/dd/yy & nn/ee/zz nor a PnL.iCloud & Drobox  are not backup solutions as you can't control either of them an ensure they will be there if/when you need it - - if you can't put your hands on the equipment, you have issues waiting to bite you.Everyone is desperate to believe that portable devices subsumes desktop computers, but they don't.see my profile
