A jury trial in Baltimore city in a civil case ............... rich landlord against poor tenant ..... who is going to win?

I just got off the phone with the victim of a scam on people looking for rent to own houses.Basically, this lady had started some 7 day trial with a company for finding rent to own homes.

I had a trial subscription with DataTree a couple months ago, but found their data grossly inaccurate or outdated.

Find properties, create great deals, figure out how you want to run your investments through trial and error.

I will still likely be doing an outreach clinic in town A 1 or 2 days a week and I will need a place to stay overnight. 

A more productive way I have found through trial and error with the 2 other businesses I run, is via newspaper ads (electronic or paper), and facebook ads.  

We live in Southern California, so there is no "buy a 35K house" for us and learn by trial and error.  

I know that there are free tenant rights clinics held in Plummer Park in WEHO.

I give them the pre-employment drug screens at a clinic.
