There are many days I have my day scheduled for continuing education, training, marketing etc and then the phone rings and someone wants to see something "right now" if you aren't available they will call someone who is.

So, your comments about KW being for experienced agents just doesn't ring true. 

Similar to some other 'assets' which legally belong on the personal balance sheet yet will never be traded in (engagement ring comes to mind).
