IMHO - BP is like WebMD, that is, its a good starting point to get an idea of what is going on, but WebMD should never be relied upon or otherwise used as an alternative to the advice of a licensed medical professional.

BP has state specific leases you can use as a Pro member I believe.  

Carpet will get damaged so bad over time that it will need to be completely replaced whereas hardwood flooring can be re-sanded to look like new. 

I also agree that losing a three tenants at the same time in Spring 2018--if they all choose to leave--is not ideal, but at least that's a good time of year to be re-leasing the units.

The fact is that the end date of a lease has zero bering on when a tenant may decide to leave.I only use M2M and good tenants will have no issues with it.

Personally, as a service member, I vote you tell the first tenant (in person) that you can't extend them because you already filled the spot with another service member.
