We raised to children in this office building and when they were born we never purchased baby cribs or baby furniture.

We need to baby step up, possibly an advisor who is looking for new clients, as they are growing just like us, and have fair rates that we can each benefit from as we grow bigger together. 

I feel no one will ever treat my "baby" like I will, so I want to control how it is managed by controlling the training of those who will manage the property for me in my absence.
