At least it seems like you have a good attitude about it and perhaps learned some things from this experience.  

I'm all about positive mental attitude but WOW!

The reason I left ReiClub was because this guys smart *** "I'm the ****" attitude got on my last nerve.

Obviously when they have that attitude the odds of it working out to a deal are probably minimal, but how can I at least help this person understand where investors are coming from when they make the offers they do.

Their attitude is, otherwise, go to the bank.

Although, I know that nothing in life is FREE and you have to put in an effort to succeed, I still don't know about the ones who claim to have a "best interest at heart" attitude but never step up to do a good deed and believe that they will be rewarded greatly for the deed.So to make a long story short, my question is: How does being a member of Bigger Pockets help New Investors?
