Before you give some clown your money they answer their phone on the first half of a ring with a super friendly and exciting voice.

Seems to me that moving out of an area 100 miles has a ring to it too.

I then took the key off my key ring, put in the ignition of the old mower and said, "here, tell them they don't even have to come talk to me.  

For anyone seriously looking to move and telecommute full time, that's going to be a must, so yeah, maybe the really dense and pricey areas take a small drop for a short time, but that likely will get filled in by the outer ring of suburbia around them that's been waiting for years to move in closer to the city when the price was right.From there you have to think... where would they go if they were both trying to get away from dense populations but still have options?...

You can pick up a new toilet with all new insides and the wax ring for $120 or less.It's worth it to just replace the whole toilet.

You just missed this month's meeting last night, but look up "The RING"/Baton Rouge REIA.  

After an inspection with a copy- that the tenant requested - we believed he was actually running a small prostitution ring of sorts (one woman and a young girl were constants there) out of the apartment.  

I guess the old saying, "A fool and his money are soon parted," will always ring true.
