@Zachary Bellinghausen I usually put a plunger on move-in in  a welcome package which I learned after I had a 40 year old woman who didn't know how to plunge a toilet.

Some day I'll tell you about mine, when I hired one to manage my house when I moved across country..... that one did end up in foreclosure.And still this woman tricked me!  

This woman moved in and decided she doesn't want to live there.

Yesterday I listened to a woman speak about a grant she was given by her state to help buy homes in her area.

Ok so I am new to this investing world and I spoke to a woman that if I find her deals or give her leads that she would give me a finders Fee in NJ how much is a usual finders Fee and is it negotiable?

This woman has a government check, managed by her daughter.

I'm sure your contract says something in it regarding bothering other tenants.I had to kick out a tenant when he got involved with a crazy woman.  

Just remember we live in a country where a woman can sue McDonalds and win because she spilled hot coffee in her lap.

USPS priority mail is great, because the mailman/woman simply scans it when they deliver it and you have proof of delivery you can print out online.  

I think she would stay several years as she is an older woman who is only needing to move because her current landlord wants to occupy that rental.
