I am wondering if you modify the rental agreement with legal precautions/safety/liability (?). 

I bought the land, (it's already approved for 24 condominiums), there are some original plans that the architect is modifying and will be done in a couple of months.  

Has anybody experimented with modified shipping containers?

None of us are used to dealing with properties that are going to have 203k loans and smaller down payments, I had to modify my spreadsheet to double check her calculations.

Of course, the expectation is that you can renew the loan, maybe even increase the loan amount or modify the terms some how.

If you modify said note, you changed it.

Now you must make sure note investor is willing to modify that loan so as not to have it balloon and you continue to pay a monthly payment until you pay the UPB off under the new term of the loan mod.

@Steve S.Florida has a similar law: 481.221 Seals; (6) No registered architect shall affix her or his signature or seal to any final construction document or instrument of service which includes drawings, plans, specifications, or architectural documents which were not prepared by her or him or under her or his responsible supervising control or by another registered architect and reviewed, approved, or modified and adopted by her or him as her or his own work according to rules adopted by the board.
