The key factor in the scenarios I described is that the damage or alteration I creeated was easily fixed or done to items that already required replacement so no harm, no foul, don't ask, don't tell.

So the person that is smoking is choosing to protect themselves but put everyone else in harms way with something 100 times more toxic than what they are inhaling.I guess some brokers/agents have never heard of etiquette or personal conduct business standards.

They aren't connected to any light switches so I am guessing they were disconnected but I was wondering what purpose they had and I guess there is no harm in leaving them there other than being an eyesore.
